Cottage in terrace. C18 enlarged c1980 but remains of cruck post in rear wall suggests earlier origin. Of 2 builds. Left section has plastered walls and thatched roof. Right section, set slightly forward, has brick walls and concrete tiled roof. Brick end stacks. 2 storeys. C20 ledged door. In left section, ground floor has one sash with glazing bars. First floor has 2 casements with glazing bars. In right section, ground floor has one sash with glazing bars. Late C20 extension on right, with brick walls and tiled roof. (RCHM Monument 5. Dorset Vol III).
