Details
ST 30 SW THORNCOMBE HOLDITCH LANE 1/71 Detached Cow-House at Cogan's Farm II Cow-House. Circa C18. Rubble walls with stone quoins. Roman tile roof. Plan: longtudinal entry passage along front wall with regular arrangement of: door- window-window-door-window-window-door, leading into cow stalls at right angles to length of building. Interior: aisled construction with tie-beams and collars to each truss and longitudinal aisle-plate. Continuous sloping roof over the aisle posts to abut lower front wall.
