Detached Cottage, formerly 3. C17, L-Plan, with C18 extension at north end.
Dressed and rubble-stone walls. Thatch roof, with stone gable-coping at east
gable. Brick stacks at south and east gables. 1½ storeys. 2 windows and
2 windows in south range, east elevation, and east range south elevation. Stone
mullion windows survive on latter range, 3-light with separate label, and 2-light
with metal casements on gable end. C17 doorway in the angle of the 2 ranges with
a depressed-arch head. C20 plank-and-muntin door. The north wing has rubble-stone
walls, and an asbestos slate roof, with a C20 stone stack at the gable end.
