Later C18 to early to mid C19 stone rubble cottage fronts. Red plaintile roofs. Nos. 81 and 83 under single roof span. No. 81: one storey and attic; one window bay. Two-light wood casement above projecting into roof space with gable and bargeboards; sash window below (No glazing bars) with lintel, Modern wood door to right hand; wood lintel. Plain advertisement board over. No. 83: two window bays. Two upper windows similar to those in No. 81. Sash window with lintel to right hand below, similar to that in No. 81. Doorway and lintel to left hand. Nos. 85 and 87: two storeys; under separate roof spans. No. 85: two two-light casements below eaves on first floor. Square sash without glazing bars to right hand below. Plain wood door and lintel to left hand. No. 87: two two-light casements above. Two-light casement below to right hand. Door with lintel to right hand.
No 31 Newland and east range, Sherborne House, Front and rear garden walls of Sherborne House, No 41, The Manor House, three cottages next to The Manor House, two cottages adjoining, Nos 57 to 93 (odd) and north-east boundary wall to Newland Close form a group.
