GV II
Cottage in a row of houses. Circa mid C19. Local slate rubble with red brick window surround. Slurried slate roof with gable ends abutting adjoining houses, and crested ridge tiles. Brick gable end stacks, right hand end stack rendered. Plan appears to be 2 front rooms and central entrance hall which probably contains the stairs and probably with small rear service rooms. Exterior: Two storeys. Symmetrical 2-window range except that the doorway is slightly to the right. Original circa mid C19 2-panel door with cambered brick arch over. Also original 12-pane sashes in openings with red brick jambs and segmental arches and slate cills. Interior not inspected.
