Granary. Circa early C19, reusing some earlier timber. Timber-framed, clad in corrugated iron. Slate half-hipped roof. Small rectangular 3-bay framed structure set on stone staddles, 7 on north and south sides and 4 on east and west sides. Doorway with plank door, reached by wooden steps on right end of north side. Interior: Probably reused earlier wall-posts with jowled heads and tie- beams with mortices for braces. The existing curved braces are nailed to the wall-posts and tie-beams. Floor has old broad planks.

2. C18 Granary. Timber framed but now clad in corrugated iron, with 1/2 hipped, slate roof. 3 bays, 7 staddle stones on north and south sides, on east and west. Inside timber wall posts and tie beams remain, but re-roofed above this. Large old timber door and original floor of broad planks.

The South Barn and Granary at Bockhampton Farm, form a group.
