Farmhouse, now house, and former barn now converted to part of dwelling attached. White-washed rendered rubble. Slate roofs with gable ends. Large stack with drip and bread oven at left end. Lateral hall stack to rear. 3 cell through-passage plan with inner room partition demolished and dairy beyond. Former barn attached at right gable end. 2-storeys 4-window range C19 to C20 2-light casements with overlight then 2 sashes 3 over 6-panes then 2-light casement above 3 2-light casements and fixed light to dairy. Gabled porch to through-passage with slightly cambered arch and C17 inner doorway with stopped and moulded surround. Door of 5 panels with chamfers to the cover strips. Slated canopy to original barn door with C20 window inserted. Slated roof to lean-to projecting at right end. Stone hoodmould to blocked window at left gable end. Interior: elaborately moulded fireplace lintel with scroll stops and carved date over of 1695. Bread ovens both to this stack and hall stack. Roof structure late C18 to C19.
