BRAYFORD BRAYFORD SS 63 SE 3/6 The Old Manse adjoining to - east side of Brayford Baptist Chapel GV II

Former manse, now private dwelling. Early C19. Rendered stone rubble. Slate roof with gable ends. Stone rubble stack to rear left side and rendered stack at right gable end. Symmetrical 2-room central stair case plan with 2-storey wash-house and pantry range with lower ridge level adjoining at right end. 2 storeys. Main range, 3-window range, symmetrical. 12-paned sashes. Central 6- panelled door. Corrugated iron verandah roof supported on timber posts. Service range at right end, which is set back slightly, has 6-paned single light window above C19 3-light window 2 panes per light with plank door to left and rectangular window opening to right both with drips. Interior: unspoilt C19 fittings and joinery intact.
