2. Early C19 villa. 3 storeys. 2 windows. Hipped Welsh slate roof with red brick stack. Stucco front. Blocked-out eaves cornice with fluted frieze decorated with rosettes. Recessed sash windows with glazing bars. Round-arched doorway with reeded pilaster strips and brackets carrying open segmental pediment; panelled reveals; radial fanlight and raised and fielded panelled door.
