Small cottage. Probably mid C19. Partly exposed and partly plastered stone
rubble, possibly some cob; stone rubble stack with plastered brick chimney shaft;
thatch roof, slate to service room.
2-room plan cottage facing south-east and set at right angles to road. Central
entry. Right (north-east) end stack and service room/former store at right angles
behind left room. 2 storeys with single storey service room.
Irregular 2-window front of early C20 casements with glazing bars and contemporary
door just right of centre. Roof is hipped each end. The left end onto the road is
blind and of exposed rubble. The service room, also of exposed rubble, also has
side onto road containing a C20 casement and door.
Interior. No carpentry exposed. Roof not inspected.
