BURLESCOMBE BURLESCOMBE ST 01 NE 5/25 Woodbury headstone approximately - 10 metres south of chancel of Church of St Mary GV II Headstone. Dated 1746 in memory of John Woodbury. Local grey limestone. Upright slab standing approximately 800mm high with an segmental head, the front has an incised frame and is inscribed with Roman serif capitals including the occasional word in italic lettering. It records the death of John Woodbury in 1746.
