4/217 Stracheye headstone approximately 15 metres west of south aisle of Church of St. Andrew GV II
Headstone. Dated 1710 in memory of Elizabeth Stracheye. Slate encased in granite. Unusual upright headstone standing approximately 550mm high. A round headed slab of slate is encased with granite and exposed on the front framed by the granite. The slate has a border of carved foliage around an inscription in Roman serif upper and lower case lettering. It records the death of Elizabeth Stracheye in 1710.
