House. Service end of the now divided Keythorpe Hall. Dated on rainwater head 1843, but possibly with some earlier detail. Well coursed ironstone with limestone ashlar dressings, and flat roof. 3 storeyed with basement. Garden front of 5 bays with moulded stone architraves to 12-light sashes on principal floors. 6-light stone cambered headed lights in 3 bay basement with keystones. 6-light sashes to attic. Ashlar sill bands, angle quoins and moulded cornice. Entrance front a narrower 5 bays. 12-light sash windows with voussoirs to heads. Central door with overlight, approached by steps and balcony over arched basement collanade. Sill course only at 1st floor level. Moulded cornice. Dated rainwater head. Garden wall adjoins the house to the west. Coursed ironstone with ashlar copings.
