Farmhouse and barn. Early C18 with later additions; barn has ex-situ date stone:
'I & EL/1642'. Stone rubble, house roughcast, slate roofs. South elevation of
2 storeys and 3 bays, the 3rd bay later. 1st 2 bays have drip course raised over
window and gable of removed porch; single-chamfered-mullioned window with small-
paned glazing and sash to ground floor, 1st floor has sashes in former 2-light
windows. 3rd bay has sashed windows with, glazing bars, chamfered jambs.
Entrance to 2nd bay has chamfered reveals and half-glazed door. Gable-end
stacks. Small connecting block to west attached to barn, the east elevation of
which has segmental-headed barn entrance, half blocked including ex-situ date-
stone. East return has lean-to outshut. North elevation has outshut under cat-
slide roof with farther C20 outshut, and gabled wing with gable-end stack and to
west elevation has window with small-paned fixed glazing with sashed window with
glazing bars to 1st floor, both set in laced openings made using parts of
mullioned windows. Barn west elevation has segmental-headed barn entrance and
addition to north end which has lateral stack and to north sashed windows with
glazing bars and light next to entrance.
