Boatshed, originally used as a watch house. Circa late C18-early C19. Painted stone
rubble. Hipped slate roof with ridge tiles.
Plan: The building is 2-storey, with boatshed at ground floor with access at the
front to the slipway; built into the bank at the rear. There is a single room at
first floor.
Exterior: The front is 2-storey; at ground floor there are plank double doors with
wooden lintel. At first floor there is a late C19 canted bay window with plate-glass
sashes to sides and central C20 window, the lower part of the bay weatherboarded. At
the right side there is a C20 window at first floor to right. At the left side there
is a plank door to left and C20 door to right to other boatshed; 2-light 2-pane
casement to left and 2-pane single casement and late C19 plate-glass sash to right.
The rear is blind.
Interior: Not inspected.
