2. Row of late Georgian cottages, roughcast or scored stucco over stone rubble, 2 storeys, mostly with one sash down and 2 up. No 36 has a small modern shop front, No 38 has a pedimented doorcase, No 40 has a modern "Georgian" bow window, No 42 has 2 small square shop windows, and three 12-paned upper windows.
