Farmhouse and barn now 2 houses. Probably mid C17 with C18 barn. Mixed limestone and cobble rubble under graduated greenslate roof with stone ridge chimney stacks. High House 2 storeys, 4 bays with single-bay extension to left. Barn End 2 bays, all under common roof; lower former barn adjoins to right. High House has plank door in chamfered stone surround. 2-light chamfered stone-mullioned windows, 2 with mullions removed. C19 sash window over entrance and C20 window to right. Extension has blocked doorway with 2-light opening and C20 2-light window above. Barn End has plank door in C20 surround dated and inscribed C.C. B.H. 1977. Small chamfered-surround window over doorway and 2-light stone-mullioned window to right over similar window with mullion removed. Barn has 2 doorways and end plank door. Rear of High House has contemporary stair projection with small chamfered openings. Tudor-arched doorway and small chamfered openings. Rear of Barn End has 2-light stone-mullioned window and similar window below with mullion removed. Rear of barn has slit vents.
