House, now Post Office. Circa 1830, with alterations of mid C19 and C20. Rendered
stone rubble, asbestos slate roof with gable ends and gable end stacks.
Double depth plan, with central entrance; ground floor front rooms now the Post
Office.
3 storeys and 3 windows, ground floor has fascia and cornice over the whole front of
the Post Office, in 3 bays with pilasters, bowed shop window with glazing bars of, C20
to right and left, central 6-panelled door with overlight with wrought iron tracery.
To right, bay with post box, possibly originally a passage through to the rear of the
house. At first floor, central 12-pane sash, and to right and left 12-pane sash with
sidelights; 2nd floor has central 9-pane sash, 9-pane sash with sidelights to each
side; modillion cornice.
