2. Early C19. Stucco. Slate roof with gable ends. Wide eaves soffit. 3 storeys. 3 windows, centre 2nd floor blind. Sashes, No 12 has glazing bars. Adjoining doorway at centre with double shallow porch. Included for group value.
Nos 2 to 12 (consec) together with Nos 1 to 27 (consec) North Parade and Nos 1 to 6 (consec) Parade Passage form a group.
