Details

ST LEVAN TREBEHOR SW 32 SE 7/234 Barn and adjoining cartshed and - stables immediately south of Trebehor Farm Cottage GV II Barn and adjoining cartshed and stables. Circa mid C19 and late C19. Granite rubble with granite dressing. Scantle slate half-hipped roof over barn; corrugated asbestos roof over other building. Plan: Overall L-shaped plan. Barn is deeper on the right (probably to give sufficient depth for waggon or possibly this part is older). Threshing floor towards the left with opposing first-floor loading/winnowing doorways. Late-C19 single- storey cartshed and stables built at right angles in front of the left-hand side. Exterior: 2 storeys (barn). Unaltered elevations with original openings, many old ledged doors and old windows. 2 window east front with right-hand side built forward and later cartshed and stables built in front of the left-hand side, doorway towards left with loading doorway over. Waggon doorway (partly blocked) on left of projecting part of barn with small window over, stable doorway right of waggon doorway and small window toward the right with window over with rear doorway opposite (first floor doorway in rear wall opposite). Interior: not inspected.
