GV II
House. Early C19. White brick; slate roof with a wide paired modillion eaves cornice. A raised brick pilaster with moulded capital at each end of the front. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and cellar. A single window to each storey: a 12-pane sash to the upper storey, with a rendered flat arch in shallow reveals; a large late C19 canted bay to the ground storey has 3 sash windows without glazing-bars and a flat lead-covered roof. The 4-panel entrance door has a plain rectangular fanlight and is set in a wood doorcase with a rendered flat arch. INTERIOR: not inspected.
