4/106 Drym Mill -
GV II
Mill, now converted to a house. Circa early C19. Granite and killas rubble walls with dressed granite quoins, sills, jambstones and lintels. Steep hipped scantle slate roof, C20 stone chimney over rear right hand corner. Rectangular plan. Machinery removed. 2 storeys over basement. Irregular 2 window road facing front. Wide doorway to right of basement, small window left of middle, similar window to middle of ground floor and 2 more towards left and right of first floor. Doorway into 1st floor middle of right hand end wall with window over. 1st floor window opposite doorway in the other end and 2nd floor window towards rear. Interior not inspected. Recently repaired (1986) retaining all the original openings, so that this is still a fairly complete C19 mill.
