House at end of row. C18. Painted shale rubble walls, granite step, slate sills and wooden lintels. Scantle slate roof with brick chimney over gable end right and adjoining later house on higher ground and at higher level on left. 2-room plan with central entrance and small C20 extension at rear. 2 storeys. Nearly symmetrical 3-window north road front. Central doorway with ground floor left-hand window adjoining under same lintel. Ceiling beams project over doorway to support gable hood. Circa early C19 16-pane hornless sashes to ground floor and original 16-pane, 2-light casements to first floor, with thick glazing bars and much crown glass. Interior not inspected. Cobbled forecourt to front. One of the few houses in Flushing with C18 windows.
