ST AGNES CHURCHTOWN (east side) SW 75 SW 4/152 Nos 20 and 21 - 30.5.67 GV II
2 adjoining shops with living accommodation. Circa early C19. Stuccoed fronts. Grouted scantle slate roof with wide eaves. Brick chimney over right-hand end. Plan: Double-depth plan. Shops at the front, living and service rooms at rear. Exterior: 2 storeys. Overall 5-window road front. Original 12 and 16-pane hornless sashes to first floor; second from right window is blind and painted to resemble 12- pane sash. Unaltered circa early-mid C19 double shopfront on the right with original door, overlight and small-paned windows. Left of the shopfront is a doorway flanked by pilasters. Moulded entablature over shopfront and doorway. On the left, the wider 3-window front has C20 door and projecting C20 shop windows in the ground floor window openings. Interior: Not inspected.
