Barn, probably a granary or fodder store over stables, and adjoining coach houses
or waggon sheds. Circa early C19 extended later in the C19. Killas rubble walls,
granite lintels. Grouted scantle slate roofs: hipped roof over barn, lean-to on
the left and gable end to addition on the right.
Plan: Rectangular plan range. In the middle is the original barn with integral
waggon shed, left of middle, otherwise stables to ground floor and loft over. Later
lean-to on the left has been remodelled as a coach house and 2-storey extension
on the right has open fron (with doors) to ground floor and loft over.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Overall 6-window east front. Original barn has 3 first floor
windows and loading doorway between the left-hand windows. Under the loading door-
way is a wide waggon doorway (now partly blocked). Stable doorways right of middle
and at far left and right and a stable window between right-hand doorways. Old
ledged doors. Original window shutters to first floor.
