Farmhouse. Early C18, extended C19. Slatestone rubble walls and Delabole slate half hipped roof with brick chimney over side wall, left. Originally 2 room double depth central stair plan, extended C18 to right and C19 to rear. 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3 window south-east front plus 1 window hipped roof wing at lower level right. Originally central doorway, now window. All C20 casement windows in original openings. Wooden lintels. Moulded eaves cornice. Interior not inspected.
