LANSALLOS LANSALLOS STREET, (north side), SX 2050-2150 Polperro 6/51 Polhaven 21.8.64 GV II
House. Possibly early C18 partly remodelled in mid C19. Rendered stone rubble with slate roof with gable ends. Eaves raised. Single room plan with through passage to right and later wing of 1-room plan to rear. 3 storeys, asymmetrical single-window front. Ground floor with early C20 cross window on left and steps down to passage on right. First floor with C20 2-light casement with C20 window above. Interior with C19 joinery. Passage is slate flagged with heavy chamfered ceiling beams. Timber plank and muntin screen on east side of passage with possibly slightly moulded sole plate. On west side of passage horizontal planked timber screen with panelled door entrance to front room.
