Shop with accommodation above. Circa early C19. Stone rubble, partly slate-hung
above ground floor on harbour side. Slate roof with hipped ends. Single depth plan.
Open plan to shop on ground floor with entrance to first and second floor
accommodation on west side.
East harbour side elevation of 3 storeys. 2-window front with C20 glazed door on
left and large C20 15-pane shop window on right. First and second floor with two C19
12-pane sashes with horns. Probably C20 shop window on ground floor of Lansallos
Street (north) elevation. Entrance to accommodation on west elevation as ground
rises to side. C19 12-pane sashes with C20 glazed door.
