Mermaid Cottage was probably added when the original 2-room house was subdivided into
2 cottages.

leading up to entrance with part glazed door with slate hood. C20 2-light casement
with glazing bars above. To right, 3-storey elevation of The Court with 4-panelled
door partly glazed beneath timber lintel with slate hood. 2-light casement without
glazing bars on first and second floors.
