23.1.68 rear (formerly listed as Bluehaven
GV II and Alma House)

House, now 2 houses. This may originally have been one house including Redstones
(q.v.) adjacent to right. C17, with C19 and C20 alterations. Sandstone rubble,
asbestos slate roof with large external rubble stack to left rising from front slope
of roof.
This may be the upper end and passage of an early house, probably divided in late
C18/early C19; entrance to right, with one room to left, rear rooms now in separate
occupation.
2 storeys and one window, ground floor to left has 20-pane sash, C20 brick porch and
door to right. First floor left has 6-pane sash and small single light, dormer with
hipped roof and 4-pane sash. Wall chamfered off to left. Left side partly rendered
towards rear, with C20 window at ground and first floor, 4-pane sash at attic; C20
door to left of stack. Rear has two 4-pane sashes at first floor.
