House. Possibly C16 and C17 partly remodelled in early C19. Stone rubble partly slate hung with asbestos slate roof with gable ends. Slightly higher roof with gable ends to rear projecting wing. Rendered stone rubble stack on left-hand gable end with brick shaft and large projecting rendered stone rubble stack on right-hand gable end. Further stone rubble stacks to right of centre on ridge, at junction of main range and rear wing with ventilator above, and 2 rear lateral stacks on east of rear projecting wing incorporated in later outshut, right-hand stack with brick shaft. 'L' shaped plan overall. Main range single depth plan with through passage, blocked to rear. Rear wing with possibly 3 room and through passage plan, extended to rear on east with later outshut. 2 storeys and attic. 4 window asymmetrical north front with door near centre. To left of door, two 2-light casements without glazing bars and C20 small 2-pane window. Plank door with fanlight above. To right, straight joint between door and first inserted C20 3-light window without glazing bars. Straight joint and second inserted C20 2-light window without glazing bars. Previous listing describes long blank wall with 1 casement with chamfered lintel and door. First floor, two 3-light C19 casements with glazing bars on left, above ground floor openings. No first floor windows on right-hand side. Dormer window on left beneath hipped slate roof with C19 3-light casement with glazing bars. Rear south elevation; right -hand side slate hung. Ground floor with no windows on left. 12-pane sash and 1-light casement with glazing bars to right. Above C20 window on left. Half-gabled dormer with 2-light casement with glazing bars in chamfered granite surround, the lintel with mitres for 2 mullions. 16-pane sash to right. East slate hung front of rear (south) wing; 2 storeys, regular 4 window front. Ground floor with three 12-pane sashes and part glazed door with C20 glazed conservatory with flat roof. Above three 16-pane sashes without horns and 12-pane sash with horns. Rear elevation of south wing with 3-storied projection on left. Ground floor window with granite surround with chamfered lintel, cill and hoodmould. In opening above, 3-light casement with C17 ovolo-moulded timber lintel. Interior not inspected. An interior inspection may reveal further interesting features. Seat of William Bond of Earth temp Charles II. After property of Jope, Harrison and Admiral MacBride. J.
