Town house, recently used as offices, now disused. Late C18. Chevron dressed sandstone; rusticated quoins at angles; Westmorland slate roof in diminishing courses; stone gable and ridge copings; 2 stacks. Moulded dentil cornice. 2 storeys, 5 bays. Centre bay breaks slightly forward under a pediment with dentils under moulded cornice. Bulls-eye window in tympanum with geometric glazing bars. Sashes with glazing bars; painted keystones and sills. Moulded architrave to centre window above gabled porch in same materials but rusticated front. 6-panelled door; rectangular fanlight with leaded lights. Venetian staircase window to centre of rear (N) elevation. Listing includes the late C19 extension to R.H.S. (E). Same materials and similar manner; 2 storeys, 3 bays. Containing moulded, panelled plaster ceiling to ground floor. The brick outbuilding to N. of Sunnyfield House, is not of interest.
