3/16 Garden seat to south west of Arley Hall. -
G.V. II
Enclosed garden seat. c1860. Stone, brick and rendered brick. East front: central moulded basket arch with seating recess beneath. Keystone with satyr's head. Entablature of frieze and cornice above. Pilasters to either side and 2 consoles to centre, each supporting pieces of projecting cornice, ball finials above. Lateral wall pieces to either side, that to left having ramped cresting to wall and ending in brick pier with stone ball finial. That to right similar but connected to western walled garden (q.v.)
