DALLAM LANE 1. 5150 Three Pigeons Public House SJ 6088 1/66 II
2. Corner of Tanners Lane. Built 1831 as the original booking office of the Warrington and Newton Railway, the route of the lines being still visible. Later C19 public house frontage added to ground floor. Brick, with boxed eaves, 2 storeys. Ground floor stuccoed with segmental arched windows and round-arched doors, pilasters and cornice. Upper floor has 3 16-paned sash windows to Tanners Lane and one 12-paned sash to Dallam Lane. Rear portion to right along Dallam Lane is 3 storeys but same eaves line and same roof.
