Pair of cottages, late C17 with later alterations and additions. Brick nogged timber frame, part shingle clad, with machine tile roof. 2 storeys, 2 windows each. Small framing, cedar shingle cladding to timber frame above first floor level. Replaced 2-light casements with glazing bars, those to the first floor in gables and half dormers. One fully glazed and one beaded and studded door, both under lean-to hoods supported by shaped brackets. Full length lean-to at rear (north) and a single storey extension north-east which completes an "L" shaped plan. Timbers visible in gables. Interior: No beams exposed.
