Farmhouse, early C19. Red brick in Flemish Bond with slate roof. 2
storeys, 3 bays. The south-east wing completes an "L" shaped plan.
3-light cast-iron lattice windows with stone sills and wedge lintels
to ground floor. 2-light first floor windows in gables and half
dormers with narrow barge boards, finials and wide soffites. The east
bay is gabled with wide verge and eaves soffites, shaped purlin ends
and finial. Fully glazed replacement door in dowelled and beaded oak
frame with added lightweight pitched latticework porch. The west bay
has a canted bay window with lead hips. Shallow pitched roof with
wide soffites and stacks with diagonal flues. East and west gables
have wide projecting verge soffites and shaped purlin ends.
Interior: One six panel door and ledged and battened doors ground
floor and first floor. Some exposed softwood beams.
