Farmhouse. Late C16/early C17 with C18 additions. Timber framed with brick and rendered brick infill and a thatched roof under corrugated iron sheeting. T-shaped plan, two storeys. Entrance front: brick plinth supporting 9 x 3 cells of small framing. C19 door to centre with a C19 gabled porch before and 3-light casement windows to either side. To the first floor are a 3-light casement window at left and a similar 2-light window at right. The eaves are boarded in. The right hand gable end has whitewashed Flemish bond brickwork with a 3-light cambered headed window to the ground floor. To the right of this is the C18 wing with C19 and C20 fenestration of 2-light casement windows. The left hand gable end has 6 x 3 cells of small framing with angle braces to the corners and uprights and a V-strut to the gable. To the left is a lean-to under the same roof with small-framed walls and one panel of wattle and daub infill.
