Terraced house. Late C17, refronted late C19. Stucco, the
ground floor rusticated. Bands at 1st and 3rd floor level.
Rusticated quoin strip between No.98 & 99. 4 storeys and
basement. 2 windows. Round-arched doorway with reeded
pilaster-jambs carrying cornice-head; patterned fanlight and
panelled door. Architraved sash windows with glazing bars and
console bracketed dentil cornice to 1st floor and cornice to
2nd floor windows. Cornice and blocking course.
INTERIOR: not inspected but noted to have plain stairs.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached cast-iron railings with urn
finials to areas.
