House. Early C19. Incised stucco with stucco detail; fairly steep dry slate roof behind tall 3-bay parapet with round-headed piers; stuccoed end stacks, and brick stack over rear gable of wing. Double-depth plan plus service wing at right angles to rear left. 2 storeys; 2-window range front with plinth, moulded string and moulded entablature over square Corinthian corner columns; moulded architraves on sill blocks framing late C19 or C20 12-pane horned sashes. Left-hand return has distyle entrance porch with moulded entablature and square columns with moulded capitals; C20 glazed doors and sides of porch later blocked and original inner door with fielded panels. Tall stair sash left of porch. INTERIOR: not inspected except to note panelled shutters and original staircase with stick balusters.
