GV II

Obelisk, 1890, by Douglas and Fordham for 1st Duke of Westminster. Red sandstone shaft, copper capped, on square red sandstone plinth standing upon grey stone stepped base. The plinth carries blue and gold mosaic emblems within stone wreaths on east and west faces; Grosvenor sheaf to east, portcullis and chain to west.
