House. Probably c.1730-40. Yellow gault brick with red brick
details and steeply pitched asbestos roof and end stacks.
Tumbled gable ends and red brick dentil eaves cornice. Lobby
entry plan. Two storeys with chequerboard pattern three brick
band between. Segmental arch to original blind window at first
floor, but the two other windows at first floor have been
enlarged. Two similar enlarged window openings and a doorway at
ground floor. Rear elevation has one window opening and two
blocked openings.
