House, C17 or earlier, remodelled externally in mid-late C19. Timber-framed, rendered with a steeply pitched roof, hipped to right hand, of late C19 red, Belgian pantiles. Rebuilt ridge stack of red brick. The left hand gable end is bargeboarded. Externally the plan of the house appears to be of late C16 or early C17 lobby entry and two bay type, but interior inspection may reveal an earlier structure. Two storeys. Two hung sashes of twelve panes each at first floor and two similar but larger windows of sixteen panes on either side of the doorway. Gabled wood porch, early C20. Adjoining at the left is a single storey wing.
