Colour washed brick, old tiled roof. 2 storeys. 1 window to each floor: ground floor wooden oriel bay window on brackets; 1st floor double hung C19 sash window without glazing bars Flush panelled door in moulded wood frame. Cornice hood over door and window. Interior said to contain C18 open fireplace.
Nos 35 to 37 (consec), The Church Loft, Nos 45 to 54 (consec), Nos 56 to 59 (consec), Steps House, The Plough Inn, The Apple Orchard, The Old Smithy, West Wycombe Estate Office, Rose Cottage and Ness Cottage form a group.
