Pair of houses, now flats. c1840-50. Stuccoed. Welsh slate roof, brick stack at centre. 2 storeys and attic, 3 bays. No.73 one wide bay, No.75 1 wide and 1 narrow bay. Wide rusticated pilasters with large plain splayed capital at quoins and flanking each bay window. To left of No.73 and to right of No.75 is a right angled flight of 4 stone steps to landing with ornate iron balusters and guard rail, each leading to a 4-panelled door, upper panels glazed with fanlight set under round arch. On right of No.73 and left of No.75 each has a 2-storey tripartite mullioned canted bay window to ground and first floor, centre has 2-leaf 4-pane casement with 2 pane fixed overlight, narrow flanking casements each set under cambered arch, first floor similar but shorter, frieze and band cornice. Ground floor verandah runs across fronts with metal tented roof supported by 6 bulbous-headed round rendered columns, fretted eaves board. Each has facing attic gable with shaped bargeboard and spiked finial, projecting verge, and 2-pane sash set under cambered arch. INTERIOR not inspected.
