6/132 Burough chest tomb approximately - 500mm east of south aisle of the Church of St Lawrence GV II
Chest tomb. Dated 1665 in memory of Grace Burough. Beerstone ashlar with flint rubble. The chest tomb is rectangular in plan with a soffit-moulded flat lid. Any plinth is buried. The chest is flint rubble with a rectangular Beerstone plaque on the south side which is inscribed with Roman serif capital letters and records the death of Grace Burough in 1665.
