HIGH STREET 1. 1092 (East Side) TOPSHAM Nos 21 to 24 (consec) SX 9687 8/961 SX 9668 17/961 II GV 2. Attractive 2 storey row, particularly No 23. Mostly late C18 detail, structure earlier. 1 storey floor oversails slightly. Eaves with brackets. Fronts stucco and roughcast. No 23 (Leyton House) has reeded pilasters to doorway and supporting overhang, Bowed window to 1st floor. No 24 has delicate iron balcony to 1st floor french window. Seven windows to whole, sashes, some tripartite, mostly with glazing bars. Small shop front to No 21. Slate roofs. Nos 21 to 24 (consec) Nos 26 to 28 (consec), No 30 and Nos 32 to 34 (consec) Broadway House end wall and No 37 form a group.
