Details
FENITON SY 19 NW 7/61 Wrich chest tomb approximately 7 - metres north-east of the chancel of the Churcn of St Andrew GV II
Chest tomb. Dated 1699 in memory of Mary Wrich. Limestone ashlar. Chest tomb is rectangular in plan and sits on a moulded plinth. Its soffit-moulded lid has a low- pitched ridge along the top. The sides include bead-moulded panels. The south side is inscribed with large rustic Roman serif upper and lower case lettering and records the death of Mary Wrich in 1699.
