House. Circa early-mid C19. Stucco walls with joint-lining and rusticated quoins.
Gable ended sprocketted slate roof. 2 rendered brick gable end stacks.
Double depth plan with central stairhall, 2 principal heated rooms at the front and
service rooms behind.
2 storeys with attic. Symmetrical 3-window front of C20 facsimile 12-pane sashes
with horns on first floor with projecting keystones; original 12-pane sashes on
ground floor. Central original panelled door with fanlight above. Verandah along
front wall with concave glass roof on wooden trellised supports with central
pediment which forms glazed porch with dentilled wood surround. Large, probably
later C19, conservatory at left-hand end.
