Cottage row. C17. Timber framed, clad in sandstone blocks, galleted with ironstone, brick angle quoins and dressings to windows. Plain tiled roof, half-hipped to left end. Two storeys with tile hung gable to left of centre, patterned brick plat band over ground floor. Square ridge stack to right of centre. Irregular casement fenestration, mixed, with two leaded and two plain windows to first floor. Four windows to ground floor and one angle bay window to ground floor left. Those windows to centre under gauged brick heads. Half-glazed doors to left (Bank Cottage) and left of centre (Bankside), plank door to right (Ivy Cottage). Framed pentice to rear right.
