Farmhouse. Late C18 and early C19 with some later alterations.Red brick with plain tile roof plus brick coped gables, brick gable stacks and dentilled eaves band. Double range plan, three storeys and three bays. Central C20 glazed door with plain overlight is flanked to south by C20 two-light window and to north by three-light small pane window. Two similar windows above to either side of C20 casement and above again a central two-light small pane casement flanked by similar three-light windows. All openings have cambered brick heads.

Interior has stick baluster staircase with wreathed handrail and raised and fielded panelled doors, those to back range are C18.
